First a Prius, then a Mac, what's next? Maybe you'll get one of those bicycles that you can pedal to run your toaster (obscure reference I know).

Get an actual GOOD PC from someone other than Dell. Their reputation has taken a big hit over the last five years. Let me put it another way.

You can't abandon Baby Dell's family simply because you had a bad experience with him. Surely you know Mother Dell has quite an extended family of more than capable cousins. Going the way of the Mac would be like you leaving your family to go off on a safari to some far away African country in search of the unknown.

Hmm...perhaps that is not the right analogy.

My point is, buying a Mac puts you one step closer to growing a ponytail, wearing Birkenstocks (even to church!), and living in a commune.

Do you want to be THAT guy?

Good story Jon.James Fraaschhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13590424753782960493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-736666664910361882.post-55056657952025164342007-09-11T09:15:00.000-07:002007-09-11T09:15:00.000-07:00Actually Candice, that is the plan. I'm setting up Darren's old PC because I still have some shareware programs that are PC only, but I plan on looking into a Mac laptop shortly...Jonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01907684948855793041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-736666664910361882.post-60035403142078796492007-09-11T08:49:00.000-07:002007-09-11T08:49:00.000-07:00uhh... maybe it's time you got an Appleuhh... maybe it's time you got an AppleAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-736666664910361882.post-62752510060389288722007-09-10T15:47:00.000-07:002007-09-10T15:47:00.000-07:00HAHA they tried making me buy a new drive and *MY ...HAHA they tried making me buy a new drive and *MY OWN OS* when my hard drive failed on me after six months. I kept them both and didn't pay them a dime! Despite the Evil Mothers complaints - I wrote them a nasty-gram also and they never followed up. Mine all mine, and despite the noisy fan, my Frankenstein (my comps name) still manages to work (knock on actual wood)Jan Louishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01552725301091409650noreply@blogger.com
